We are a remote and distributed company with operations in the US and the Philippines. We provide documentation solutions and support services to the healthcare industry.

Operated a medical transcription company in California for more than 20 years. Our clients have included Veterans Administration hospital, medical centers, community hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, and clinics. The majority of our medical transcriptionists worked remotely from home at a time when WFH is not yet in vogue.

One of our founders managed one of the largest medical practices in New York specializing in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, and house-call medicine.

It is not 100% ambient. We developed an app for mobile phones because they are ubiquitous and convenient for clinicians. But mobile phones have weak microphones, and therefore are not optimal to use for 100% ambience.

Special devices with multiple microphone arrays are optimal for 100% ambient. These devices are connected to either a laptop or desktop.

We cater to clinicians who prefer to use a mobile phone to dictate their encounter notes between patient visits, or in the presence of the patient for their validation and confirmation, which is considered hybrid ambient.
